Bored over break? Here's some things you can do...

December 29, 2018

Happy Holidays to everyone reading this :)

Hope you had a wonderful holiday season.

For those of you who are stuck at home, in bed, or in your room all day, here is a list of PRODUCTIVE things you can be doing.

1. Prepare your CSF application for next semester's drive, which will require returning members to turn in hours and grades from the 2018-19 FALL SEMESTER. Try to print your hours as soon as possible (after grades are finalized). Last semester, there were some issues with accessing the portal on the application due date. We won't accept late applications, so make sure to be on top of things!

2. Set your new year's resolutions.

Maybe resolutions are there so they can actually be fulfilled, not abandoned...

3. Start a 2019 planner or bullet journal.

4. Refresh yourself.

Clean your room, desk, camera roll, backpack, anything that you think is messy that needs some cleaning up before 2019 comes up.

5. Get a pencil case.

Get those cluttered pencils and pens off the bottom of your backpack and stick them in a pencil case so you know where they are at all times.

6. Go talk to a sibling.

Or, if that's too extreme, at least text them. Don't just stare at your phone all day, not talking to anyone.

7. Start preparing your academic future.

Meetings with counselors to discuss classes are coming up sooner than you think! Start to think about what classes you want to take next year, so you're not in a huge dilemma when the time comes around.

Make sure to let us know if you'd like to be a blog contributor! You can write about anything (as long as it's appropriate), and contribute to CSF and our website! Remember, the more you contribute, the better your reputation within the Cal High CSF program.

Also remember to keep submitting photos of you volunteering for a chance to win a Hydroflask at the end of the year :)

Thanks for reading!
