Cal High's CSF chapter is big. Really big. We have over 200 members and more that apply each semester. With each application, we ask for a certain amount of dues, but where does your money go? Here's a list of where we spend our funds that will always go towards YOU GUYS.
1. CSF Club Charter
Each year, CSF pays a certain amount to be certified in the CSF program. We are a part of a statewide program rather than a Cal High based club, so we need to pay our part to stay a part of the CSF system.
2. Senior Tassels & Stoles
We want to reward the seniors that have been loyal to Cal High CSF. Lifetime members receive a tassel at graduation. Honor members receive a stole at graduation; this award is a Cal High-only award that recognizes members who have been a member for 7 semesters. You can find more information in the Membership -> Awards tab.
3. Senior pizza party
The Cal High CSF tradition of throwing a pizza party for seniors in CSF comes every spring towards graduation season. Part of your dues help pay for this.
4. CSF Club website
In order to provide you with the most up to date and accurate information and photos, we keep our website up and running to do just that.
5. Member recognition and awards
Last year, CSF held a raffle for volunteer photos and gave away Hydroflasks to students who won the raffle. More incentives and prizes like this may be coming your way this year...
We hope this gives some insight into where your dues may go. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to email us at email@example.com. Thanks for reading!
